Semaglutide for weight loss - is it worth trying?

Guys, has anyone tried semaglutide for weight loss? I heard that it helps to lose weight, but it is a drug for diabetics. How safe is it? I read that it slows down the emptying of the stomach and reduces appetite. But are there any side effects? I need to lose about 10 kg, but I don’t want to risk my health. If anyone has taken it, share your experience. How long does it take to see the first results? Do I need to strictly follow a diet?
