One thing I didn’t like about a past affiliate program was how unclear everything felt. I’d get monthly reports, but they didn’t explain much. It left me guessing if my traffic was really working. Someone told me modern systems now give affiliates full dashboards with live stats. That sounds way more transparent. Do you guys think dashboards are essential, or are reports still enough?

I’m not involved in affiliate programs, but I know from other areas that dashboards are way easier to work with than static reports. I use one for personal finance tracking, and it makes things more visual and interactive. Even if I don’t need one for affiliates, I can see why people would prefer it.
Personally, I think dashboards make a huge difference. I used to get just reports too, and it always felt like I was in the dark. Once I switched to a platform with live dashboards, I could finally see exactly what was happening. Check out https://nowplix.com/platform/modules/affiliate
— their Affiliate Module has transparent dashboards with real-time insights. It’s a game changer compared to old-school PDF reports.
