I’ve been doing free workouts from YouTube but I'm starting to feel like I need more structure and progression. Does Mad Muscles offer a clear training path or is it similar to just browsing videos randomly? Trying to decide if it’s worth switching.

I was in the same situation, jumping from one video to another without real progress. The Mad Muscles app gave me a solid structure and weekly targets, which made a big difference.
