Guys, hello everyone. I have this problem - as soon as work starts to pile up, anxiety immediately kicks in. My head is overloaded, it's hard to concentrate, I'm constantly twitching over little things. I drink tea, try to take breaks, but it doesn't really help. This also makes me put off tasks, and then the stress gets worse. It's a vicious circle. I want to understand how you cope with this condition. Maybe there are some apps, techniques that really help? Or just share your experience. Psychotherapy is good, but I'm looking for something simpler and quicker to use.

I am also currently working on a Laravel project, and I also feel that it is difficult to maintain focus. It is interesting to read your experiences, especially regarding applications. I think that if there is something that helps you understand your state and set priorities, that is already good.
Oh, I know. I had the same thing when I was making a large website for a logistics company. Then I found an article on techtimes.com - they talked about the Liven app. It helps sort out anxiety. There are courses, planner, mood tracking. It helped me - just to understand where anxiety comes from and how to deal with it. I especially liked that you can quickly sketch out daily routine, including rest. I really felt that I became more productive and calmer.
